i'm a young self-taught french artist, a 3d animator and a modeler (amateur).
I started drawing and animating back in 2017 while I started modeling in 2019.
I use MikuMikuDance and Metasequoia4 for my 3D work and ClipStudioPaint Pro for my 2D one.

Terms of Services
Artist : The individual producing the commission (Me : "MisuKi").
Client : The individual purchasing the commission.
Start of work : When the sketch and/or the commission (3D and art) has been approved by both the client and the artist, also called : the beginning of the commission work.
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms below.
General Information :
It is the client's responsibility to fully read the Artist's terms of rules. If a commission has been accepted by the Artist then it is assumed that the client has read the terms of services.
I engage myself to fully finish the client's commission unless the following acts are happening : if the client is/does : rude, disrespectful, not communicate much and recall racists; xenophobic; islamophobic terms, not pay, pay too late.
Problems reguarding the commission can be discussed with the artist BEFORE the commission has been completely finished (exemple : edits, prices, etc).
I only accept payments through Paypal.
Your rights, as the client :
You are in the right to demand a refund BEFORE the start of work has begun (however if you commissioned a sketch, it'll be asked to pay from the beginning).
You are in the right to ask minor edits even after the full commission(s) has been finished.
You are in the right to ask me before the start of work to record the commission(s) process.
You are in the right to restrain me from advertising my work with your commission(s).
You are in the right to ask me "wips" reguarding a commission.
Your duties, as the client :
Your duty is to pay in time when I ask you to do so. Not paying a commission in time (too late) will result in me refusing the commission and very probably adding you to my blacklist. I can give you a deadline to pay the price according to your commission, so that you don't feel too pressured.
You must not reprint your commissions for profit without talking about it with the artist first.
You don't have to credit me everytime you use my art but it would highly be appreciated.
You may edit my artwork but you will have to credit me.
You must not ask for a refund when the commission is considered finished by the artist reguarding the artist and the client's approved demand.
